Shreyas Bajrang playground, admeasuring 481 square meters is located near the main gate of the Campus, and there is a provision for playing Indian games and ball games like hockey, football, volleyball, etc. There is ample provision for training in field and track events, gymnastics, yoga, karate. Shri Ambalal Sarabhai Children's Swimming pool, (25.00 meters ling and 12.50 meters broad, 1.00 deep at the shallow end and 3.30 meters at the deep end) has been fitted with an up-to-date filtration plant. There are two play places with sandpits, a paddling pond, swings, slides, etc. Like all centres of Shreyas, the emphasis is on putting in one's best efforts and not on competition, on fun and play and not on winning. Prizes and shields have no significance. Even then Shreyas children have participated and secured a place at the District, State, National and Internationsl levels in Athletics, Field Events, Swimming, Hockey, etc. |
